Back in 1971, during a tension filled session in parliament, Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau was accused of mouthing the words “f#$k off”. Caused a bit of a scandal at the time. After the session he was questioned on it by a gaggle of reporters. A defiant Trudeau retorted “What is the nature of your thoughts, gentlemen, when you say ‘fuddle duddle’ or something like that?”
Well, I guess like father like son. Recently, Justin Trudeau in a similar tense session in parliament was accused of saying the F Bomb. Microphones did not pick up the wording. Justin, after the session, was questioned by a gaggle of reporters and his retort was “what is the nature of your thoughts, gentlemen, when you move your lips in a particular way?”
I am sure that Pierre, in the great beyond, is having a belly laugh over this.
