Gohmert outdid himself a couple of days ago. Former Trump advisor Peter Navarro was recently indicted on two counts, including contemp of congress for ignoring a subpoena to appear before the January 6 Committee. Gohmert commented on this, but kind of in a sideways manner. His exact words. “…can’t even lie to Congress or an FBI agent or they’re coming after you” He actually said that.
