Winning So Much – Not

I have had Donnie, as the image on previous chirps. But the image has never been shrunk down to this size. This shrunken image could represent a few things. For example, his chance of becoming President is shrinking, on a daily basis. His chances of winning legal battles are shrinking down to near nothing. His chances of escaping criminal justice are down to almost non-existent. Lastly, the walls are just squeezing in. While something like that happened in an Indiana Jones movie, Indy got out of it. I don’t think Donnie will. I said that the shrunken image could represent a few things. Actually, the image represents all of these things.

Back in his 2016 campaign, Donnie told his adoring Trumpkins, that he was going to win so much that his adoring Trumpkins would saying something to the effect of (Cassidy Hutchinson, I just can’t quit you) “Please Mr. President, you are winning too much, please stop”. Well, he lost the 2018 midterms. He lost the 2020 Presidential election (yes you did Donnie) and his chosen slate of candidates, in the most recent midterms, pretty well got shut out.

Just in the last couple of days, Elmer Stewart Rhodes (Elmer really hates his first name) was found guilty of seditious conspiracy. Elmer is head of the “stand back and stand by” Oath Keepers. The 11th Circuit US Court of Appeals, made up of Three Republican appointed judges, including two appointed by Trump, overturned Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling of the appointent of a Special Master to review the Mar-a-Lago documents. Their ruling slammed Cannon for the appointment saying she never should have been involved. As well, a federal judge ordered former Trump White House lawyers, including Pat Cipollone, to provide additional testimony to the January 6 Grand Jury, dismissing Trump’s claim of attorney client or executive privilege.

It does not stop there, though. Former disgraced NSA director Michael Flynn has been ordered to testify to the Atlanta (I just need – ah- 11,870 votes) Grand Jury. The E. Jean Carroll alleged rape case, coninues, in DC with lawyers for Carroll claiming that,

“Presidents are free to deny allegations of misconduct. But a White House job is not a promise of unlimited authority to brutalize victims of prior wrongdoing through vicious, personal, defamatory attacks. That is not the law—and this Court should not make it so.”

There is even more. Closing arguments were made on the Trump organization fraud case in New York, with prosecutors stating that Trump knew exactly what was going on. All of this has occurred in the last 48 hours. Now Trump could appeal some of these legal matters to the Supreme Court. However, even there, the Supreme Court has sided with the rule of law as opposed to Trump’s baseless arguments. All in all, it is a nice way to end a week. Maybe not for Donnie though.
