Rudy got sued for $148!million for defamation. He had been spreading election fraud lies against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. So what does he do? Rudy, being Rudy, keeps on spreading the lies. He goes on newsmax saying that he has video that shows his allegations are true. He doesn’t. But that does not stop Rudy. So, he is again being sued.
Rudy does not have $148 million. He is playing the king game. He is hoping Trump wins in 2024 and this all goes away.
The judge in the case,yesterday, threw a curveball at Rudy. Judge Beryl granted a request by Moss and Williams to immediately expedite the settlement. This allows for immediate enforcement of the ruling. For example Rudy has a $6.1 million apartment building in New York. If Rudy appeals what Judge Beryl granted, yesterday, what happens? Rudy may have to put up a bond against the entire $148 million. How does that happen?
This will not be a good Christmas for Rudy.
