This is Brad Allen. He if the blown 2 point conversion call in the Lions/Cowboys game. His officiating crew has been involved in a controversial calls this year including a late game missed pass interference call in the Chiefs/Packers earlier in the season.
His crew has been downgraded for the playoffs. They probably won’t see the field at all. So, logically if they are to officiate a game this week it should be one of the early Sunday afternoon games, where most of the games will be meaningless, in terms of playoff seeding, and will have low audience ratings.
That would be the logical assignment. But nooooo. The NFL, in its wisdom, have assigned the crew to officiate the Saturday national tv game between the Ravens and the Steelers, who are fighting for their playoff lives. Like seriously. What in the actual f#^k is the NFL brass thinking?
