This week, Speaker Johnson brought a motion to the floor to continue authorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) He lost that motion. He lost because Donald Trump told Republicans not to pass the motion that Johnson wanted to pass. Mind boggling.
It gets worse. Mike Johnson will be together with Trump at Mar-a-Lago today. The main theme of the get together will be how the 2020 election was stolen from Trump.
