What a lovely couple they make. Once she leaves this mortal coil, they will be together again, but I am quite certain it won’t be at the pearly gates.
The Epstein files are supposed to be released today, as mandated by law. Trump has repeatedly called this messy affair a hoax and has repeatedly tried to delay the release of these files. A word of advice, though, anyone expecting satisfaction from the release of these files, today, will be sorely disappointed.
First of all, I am certain that excuses will be made that all of the files cannot be released because there are investigations going on right now, on certain Democrats, as demanded by Trump. Second of all, the files will be full of redactions, supposedly to protect the survivors, but also to protect the friends of Trump and Trump himself. This is not the end of things, this will just be the beginning of a long drawn out mess. That is not necessarily a bad thing, though. It will remain in the consciousness of America and Trump will continue to be linked to it.
Supposedly, officials at the department of justice, have been very frustrated the last few few days in reviewing the thousands of documents and making reductions. Good. I hope they miss some reductions that will expose those who do not want to be exposed.
Let us not forget the 95,000 files that the oversight committee has. These were files that came directly from the Epstein estate. The Democrats have been releasing photos and documents on a drip by drip basis and they will continue to do so.
2026 promises to be a monumental year and we will probably still be talking about the files at the end of the year.
