Donald, in the last 24 hours, you’ve again said that you will bomb the crap out of Iran, their power plants, their desalination plants and that you would start bombing sites that you haven’t touched it yet. At the same time you said that negotiations are going very well with more reliable members of the Iranian regime. That’s kind of like talking from both sides of your mouth, Donald
While you are boasting about how negotiations are going so well, one of those reliable members of the Iranian parliament said that Iran will be looking at charging tolls for ships wishing to traverse the Strait of Hormuz.
“Given that maintaining security and providing services to vessels passing through involve costs, a framework must be established for collecting transit tolls through the strait.”
Donald, you and your country have lost all credibility. Even after you’re gone, your country will have to struggle for years to regain that credibility. You did this to yourself, Donald. Your history of lying is well known. But your mixed messages on Iran, not only from week to week, but from hour to hour defies belief. Your tariff war did not help either.
Even before this war started, countries were looking for other trading partners, just looking to get away from you. China in the background. Yes China with all that human rights violations, and so on. But then again look at your own human rights violations lately. Just look at ICE.
With your lost credibility, you were looking for allies to help you with this war. But you didn’t ask these allies until you after you started the war. Yet you are surprised that no one is helping you.
Mark Carney, a couple months ago, in Switzerland, said that the middle power countries can no longer depend on former relationships with the so-called leaders of the world. Middle power countries have to take the ball and run with it.
He was talking about you, Donald. Your credibility is shot and it is all on you.
That’s all I have for today.
