A Load Off Fani

A short chirp today. The Georgia Appeals Court has disqualified Fani Willis from prosecuting the false electors case, in that state. The court found that there was a,

“significant appearance of impropriety”

In their opinion, this was enough to take the case in the public eye. At the same time, they did not dismiss the case.

“We cannot conclude that the record also supports the imposition of the extreme sanction of dismissal of the indictment.”

Willis will now appeal her disqualification to the Georgia Supreme Court.

So, Willis has been disqualified because she had an affair with a fellow prosecutor, who she hired on to the case. Meanwhile, the next president has been found guilty of committing felonies and is an accused sexual abuser. Something wrong with this picture.
