There is a saying that goes everyone gets there 15 minutes of fame. Well for two of the people in the images above, it is more like 15 minutes of shame.

The bottom image shows a man stealing a hat from a kid. It happened at the U.S. Open. And it went viral on the Internet. The man is a Polish millionaire. After all the hostility that went his way, he apologized to the kid for his actions. He had no choice.

The top image is from a baseball game involving the Miami Marlins and the Philadelphia Phillies. A home run was hit with a ball ending up in the bleachers. The man in the image leaped over seats and got the ball. The woman in the image went for the ball at the same time, but got beat out by the man. The man then gave the ball to his son. The woman then went to where the man and his family was sitting and berated the man claiming that was her ball and that he took it away from her. He did not take it away from her. They both went for the ball and he got it. She assaulted him verbally and a man just gave her the ball to avoid an argument. This was the ball that he had given to his son.

It ended up being a happy moment for the man and his family because the Miami Marlins management saw what was happening and they gave the kid a gift package during the game, including a baseball. He also got to meet and get an autograph from a Miami Marlin player after the game.

Meanwhile, the woman has been tagged with the nickname Phillies Karen. Sooner or later, her identity will be revealed, and she will face the same kind of Internet hostility that the man at the U.S. Open faced

She will always be known as the Karen who took a baseball away from a kid. Her 15 minutes of shame.
