Stronger Together

Finally, voting day is here in Alberta. Total results probably won’t be known for a couple more days. Officials will be counting the stay in Canada vote first followed by the remaining nine questions. It is estimated that the final tally for the stay in Canada vote will not be known until tomorrow morning. But given what the polling is showing, the results should come clear by late tonight with a strong vote, not to have a second referendum

Any cliffhangers will be with remaining nine questions. Given an association with a stay in Canada vote there is a possibility that the remaining nine questions might all be answered no which would be a significant blow to Danielle Smith and her future as leader of the UCP party and premier of Alberta. Her favourability ratings have sunk down to such a point that Mark Carney is more popular in Alberta than Danielle Smith

To any Albertans who have not voted yet get out and do so. Exercise your democratic, right.
