The Colorado Supreme Court threw a atomic bombshell, as opposed to a mere hand grenade, into the 2024 presidential race by removing Donald Trump from the Republican primary ballot, yesterday. The Court ruled that his actions fell in line with the 14th Amendment’s ban on insurrectionists holding public office.

The Democrats base has orgasms celebrating the ruling. Trump supporters are infuriated at the ruling. The Trump campaign has already indicated that they will appeal the ruling to the Federal Supreme Court.

To put it lightly this is a mess. No doubt the justices on the Colorado Supreme Court are already receiving death threats and already have security details in place. The same probably applies to the Petitioners who forwarded this matter to the Colorado Supreme Court.

Trump supporters, given the garbage they hear from Fox Entertainment will more than ever believe that the Deep State is in cahoots to keep Trump from becoming President. We are now in a territory where someone might die due to fanaticism.

The Federal Supreme Court is in a no win situation. They have their own mess right now with the Judge Thomas scandal. Revelations are coming out regarding the millions in gifts that Thomas received. Trump is already on trial over his January 6 activities with that trial set to start i. March. The Colorado Supreme Court has already ruled that Trump is an insurrectionist even before he has judged before a jury of his peers. The Federal Supreme Court already has to decide whether Trump had immunity while he was President. They will now have to rule whether Trump is an insurrectionist. Whatever decision they make will tear the country apart and will darken the reputation of the Supreme Court.
