Couple of Republican women had a bad week.
First, we have Katie Britt, the junior senator from Texas. She gave the Republican rebuttal to Joe Biden’s State Of The Union address. I did not watch it because I knew it would be crap. More fool I. Her rebuttal was panned big time. And that was by her fellow Republicans. Apparently she had a 1950’s stay at home mom vibe. If you can, watch the SNL opening featuring Scarlett Johansson playing the role if Britt giving the rebuttal. Priceless.
Britt was also mocked for talking about a 12 year old girl abducted by sex traffickers. Britt implied that this was Joe Biden’s fault. Research on her story revealed that it happened under George Bush.

Then we have South Carolina Congresswoman, Nancy Mace. She was on ABC This Week with George Stephanopoulus. George asked how Mace could support an accused sec abuser for President. This was asked given that, sadly, Mace had been raped in the past. Mace attacked George using the victim game. Saying how could he ask such a question given that Mace had been rape. Mace has used her rake as part of her political persona. George kept going back to the question, focusing on Trump and Mace kept evading.
Nancy, how supportive of you were you of E. Jean Carroll? You were not. That would make you a hypocrite.
