Today is day one of accountability for Donald Trump. Today is day one of the hush money trial.

Lost in all the furor is the effect of the trial in Donald’s third wife, Melania. The trial related hush money paid to Stormy Daniels for a one night stand with Trump while Melania was nursing four month old Barron Trump. Not only will Stormy Daniels. testifying, but Karen McDougal will also be testifying. McDougal is a former Playboy model who alleges that she had a year long affair with Donald, while he was married to Melania.

Melania has not been seen much with Donald lately. She is not standing by her man at the trial today. Her last appearance with Donald it looked like she was going to start crying. Of course there was that picture of Trump trying to enter Melania’s car at Melania’s mother’s funeral. Words were spoken, possibly as follows,

“No freaking way you come with me Donald!!!”

Melania, for the length of the trial, will have to endure the fact, that the entire world will be hearing about Donald’s sordid affairs, while married to her. Most women would probably want this to be a private thing. Melania will be seeing this explode in public.

Do I feel bad about Melania? Well, as she famously wore on her coat, one time,

“I really don’t care, do you?”
