The chirp, I had yesterday, was focussed on the clown show of picks that Donald Trump had made for his administration once he comes into power. The most atrocious of those picks was Matt Gaetz for attorney general.

Following the posting of the chirp, Matt Gaetz announced that he was pulling his name out of running for Attorney General. Apparently, he went to Senate Republicans, who we who would be responsible for confirming his nomination, and he received a lot number of hard no’s.

Democrats immediately began crowing about a victory. Donald Trump wanted this pick. He wanted, Matt Gaetz as attorney general. And now Donald Trump had to back down. So Donald Trump immediately selected Pam Bondi for the Attorney General position.

The question is, did Donald Trump plan this all along? Pam Bondi is much more qualified than Matt Gaetz. She served as an Attorney General for Florida for eight years. She has a lot less baggage than Gaetz. She is also media savvy. She should easily be confirmed by the Republican Senate majority.

Could the same thing happen for the two next most atrocious Trump picks? Those being Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Junior. Those picks are almost as stomach churning as Matt Gaetz. So is Donald Trump becoming a master manipulator or was it just dumb luck? I guess we will see.
