In one of my chirps, last week, I mentioned that the Epstein file would not go away. (pats own back). What I did not foresee was the tidal wave of anger that has resulted in the findings. I did not realize how invested. MAGA supporters are on this issue.

Not being a follower of right wing media, I did not realize how outlets such as Fox and Newsmax were pushing the idea that the deep state was preventing the findings from coming out. MAGA supporters kept hearing how shadowy figures (nudge, nudge Hillary and Bill) were involved in the murder of Epstein and the hiding of the incriminating files. This was a sure thing when the Trump administration came in. Finally the truth would come out and Bill and Hillary would be put away for life.

Then came the bombshell findings last week. There was no murder and there are no Epstein files. Firestorm.

The firestorm grew even hotter when there were reports of an angry flareup between Pam Bondy and FBI, deputy Director Dan Bongino. Bongino was a right wing commentator who decried the existence of the deep state. Well, under the Trump administration, does the deep state still exist? If so, is Dan Bongino part of the deep state? He has two choices either go along with Pam Bondi or else resign and he might resign.

I did not foresee this because I thought this was a democrat issue. There are far more pictures of Trump with Epstein than there are with any of the Democrat persuasion. So there are questions as to whether Donald Trump is hiding something. Trump. since this firestorm started, has been strongly defending Bondi and is begging his supporters to let the whole thing drop.

Who knows what the next twist and turn will be. That’s all I have for today.
