“Charlie Kirk is a casualty of war. We are at war in this country. We are.”
That was Steve Bannon.
“The radicals on the left are the problem, and they’re vicious and they’re horrible and they’re politically savvy.”
That was Donald Trump. Donald Trump, the great divider.
So who was this vicious left-wing assassin that killed Charlie Kirk? Turns out he was from a republican family who supported Donald Trump. A gun, loving family. The shooter actually went out one year for Halloween dressed as Donald Trump
The shooter had high marks in high school and was offered a four year scholarship by Utah State University. One of his high school classmates had the following memory of him.
“When I knew him and his family, they were like diehard Trump.”
He is not affiliated or registered with any party and he did not vote in the last two general elections. It appears within this Republican environment that he has been radicalized the last couple of years. He was raised in Washington, Utah, a Mormon community just outside of St. George Utah.
Utah governor, Spencer Cox, provided details as to what a family member had told investigators of what occurred at a recent family dinner that the shooter attended.
“they talked about why they didn’t like him and the viewpoints that he had. The family member also stated Kirk was full of hate and spreading hate.”
it has been pretty quiet, on the Republican side, since these details have come out. I wonder how Trump and his media apologists, such as Fox News, are going to handle this one.
That’s all I have for today.
