Viewers throughout the world heard the boos, when JD Vance and wife were pictured on the screen during the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. Viewers in the US did not. Why did NBC mute the boos? Like did they really think no one would notice? They have this thing called the Internet.

Mark Carney got voted in as liberal leader in March 2025. 160,000 people got to vote on that choice. Pierre Poilievre, in his leadership review, had 87% of voting participants, approve of his leadership. However, only 3000 people participated in the vote and they each have to pay $1000 to be able to participate. Yet his overall approval rating is sinking far behind the approval rating of Mark Carney. Why are conservative so confident behind Pierre Poilievre?
