All across our nation, Canadians are going to do a very Canadian game, and get in front of a TV and watch the Canada versus US gold medal hockey game. Depending where you live, in Canada, the game will start anywhere between 510 in the morning, such as in BC, to 940 in the morning in Newfoundland.

Even as I chirp this, a half hour before the game, bars are already filling up, throughout the land, in anticipation of the game.

There’s a little added intensity this time around. This is the first time NHL players have been in participating since 2014. The Canada US dynamic is far different than it was from 2014. Let’s not get into that right now. Let’s just say that Wayne Gretzky’s name is now Wayne Regretzky and leave it at that
