Donald Trump earned the nickname TACO due to his flip-flopping on tariffs. It stands for Trump always chickens out.

Well, TACO has returned. On Friday he’s threatened to blow up Iran’s power plants if Iran did not open up the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours. Naturally, Iran did not back down. Instead, Iran stated that if Trump did this, Iran, would start attacking regional infrastructure. The stock market took another nose drive and oil prices shot up.

Now we have this post from truth social, as shown above. The only problem is that Iran says that they have been in no contact with Trump. So who are you going to believe?

Trump backed himself into a corner. Now he’s giving himself some leeway. That is all this is and nothing more. The stock markets have responded favourably to the post above. As I chirp this, the Dow Jones is up 950 points. So this is Monday morning. In the wacky world of Trump let’s see what’s happening by Wednesday or Thursday.

I wish there were some adults in the room I really do.
