Donald Trump has backed himself into a difficult corner. He is desperately trying to get out of it and he might not be able to.

Trump in his team came up with a 15 point plan to end the war with Iran. Earlier this week, Trump was saying that negotiations were going very well with the Iran, and they were very close to coming to an agreement. The stock market took this hook line and sinker. Stocks went up and the price of oil went down.

Iran responded to the 15 point plan by producing their own five point counter plan. Their counter plan included total control over the Strait of Hormuz and the cessation of all hostilities in the region, including Israel, and its attacks on Hezbollah, in Lebanon. An Iranian spokesman, put it this way.

“Iran will end the war at a time of its own choosing and only if the conditions it has set are fulfilled. It will not allow Trump to determine the timing of the war’s end.”

Donald, you are being outflanked at every corner.. The US is a relatively young country compared to countries in the Middle East. Iran, in its current form, has been around for thousands of years. This is not their first rodeo and they are playing you. They know that this war is getting more and more unpopular in the US. They know that if you put boots on the ground that you will inflict major casualties on your own troops. You are looking for a way out and Iran is not giving you any. You bought this on yourself, Donald.

George Bush Senior, back in 1991, when he attacked Iraq, made sure to have buy in from his allies before launching the attack. That war was successful, for the US. You decided to go alone and begged for allied help after you started this war. It shows you had and have no real plan Donald. And now you, and unfortunately, the rest of the world are paying for it.
