In 1938, England, Italy, Germany, and France met in Munich and agreed to give a part of Czechoslovakia to Hitler’s Germany. Czechoslovakia was not included in that meeting. England’s Prime Minister praised the agreement saying that the world now had peace in its time. World War II started a year later.

In 1945 Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill met at Yalta to divide up the spoils of World War II. Russia got control of the eastern European countries. Those countries did not participate in the meeting and they lived under communist rule for the next 45 years.

Now, Putin wants to meet with Chinese leader Xi and US president Trump to discuss ending the war with Ukraine. The other two leaders have given positive feedback on such a meeting. Ukraine will not be at the meeting.

Can you guess how that will end up? Trump wants Ukraine done with. Trump and Elon Musk got together, though they deny it, to slow down Elon‘s Starlink system, leaving Ukraine vulnerable to Russian attack. Trump has been involved in delaying sending patriot missiles to Ukraine, which Ukraine needs to defend themselves from Russian attack. Trump says that Zelenskyy needs to be replaced.

Donald Trump is America’s Neville Chamberlain. Vladimir Putin is Russia’s Hitler. People used to laugh at the suggestion that Trump is a Russian sleeper agent. People aren’t laughing anymore.
