As we had into the last few hours of the midterm, election campaign, Donald Trump was handed another defeat by the justice system. I think we all remember this birthday card that was for Jeffrey Epstein‘s 50th birthday. The Wall Street Journal included this card in their newspaper and Donald Trump reacted by suing them for $10 billion for defamation.
He said he never signed the card. He said he never sent the card. He said he never drew the picture on the card. Even though there was evidence that Trump had drawn similar pictures in the past. People even paid to have pictures of a similar nature drawn by Donald Trump.
Well, a judge handed a decision terminating the lawsuit with extreme prejudice. The judge stated that the arguments presented by the Trump team was extremely flimsy, at best. By terminating the lawsuit with extreme prejudice, Donald Trump can never sue the Wall Street Journal on this issue again
This seems a fitting warning as to what Trump will face Tuesday night. It will be a vote, a reckoning, of extreme prejudice against Trump.
