This is Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. Both born in New York. Both executed in 1953 for espionage. They were accused of providing top-secret information on radar, sonal, jet propulsion systems and nuclear weapons designs. They were the last Americans to be executed for treasonous activities within US jurisdiction.

An arm of the US Government began the process in 2021, of returning presidential material that had been unlawfully taken to Mar-a-Lago. After months of haggling, documents were finally provided by the Trump team in January 2022. These documents included confidential, secret and top-secret materials. They never should have been there , in the first place, but they were.

Subsequent to the return of the January files, the Government had information indicating that all presidential files not had been returned. The Government issued a subpoena for the return of presidential documents located at Mar-a-Lago. More materials were taken, following a meeting at Mar-a-Lago in early June. These documents also included confidential, secret and top-secret materials. The Trump team signed a letter saying that there were no more presidential materials at Mar-a-Lago.

Informants within Trumpworld provided information to the Government that, despite the Trump team letter, additional presidential materials were on site. Backed by a search warrant, a search conducted at Mar-a-Lago on Agust 8 resulted in additional classified files being seized, including materials that were in Trump’s office.

One of these files include material detailing the nuclear capabilities of a foreign power. Mar-a-Lago is much more than just a Trump residence. It is a resort. It is a resort where numbers of people flow through it daily. It is a resort that has weddings. It is a resort where a Chinese woman, in possession of a number of passports and four cell phones, was arrested at Mar-a-Lago. It is a resort where a Ukranian women fooled the entire Trump team into believing she was a Rothschild heiress, for over a year.

The nuclear material seized is at such a level of secrecy, that it must be contained at a Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), where only a limited number of people can access, Yet, here it was at Mar-a-Lago. It has still not been made public as to whether the foreign power was an ally or not. It is not known, whether those materials have already been copied and is already the hands of those who should not have them. The damage, if they are out there, whether friend or foe, is beyond enormous. Yet here we are.

More concerning, much more concerning, is why did Trump still have this material. The material was still there, following a January handover of materials and following a subpoena where, following the seizure of additional materials and, a letter saying there were no more materials to be had, that this material was still there. Certainly, Trump knew he had this material. What was he going to do with them?

Since Trump began his presidential run in 2015 a polite way of saying wtf! is that we are entering uncharted territory. Well, we very well may be entering Rosenberg territory.
