Donald Trump has been quiet about his election fraud claims ever since the near $1 billion settlement Fox made with Dominion. Well, another chicken came to roost with Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, ordered to pay $5 million. Lindell had a cyber symposium in South Dakota back in 2021. He promised to show the world evidence that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. He ended up showing a bunch of conspiracy theory related data. He did issue, during the symposium a ‘Prove Mike Wrong Challenge”. Lindell offered a reward of $5 million to anyone who could prove that the data he released was not valid.

Robert Zeidman, with years of software development background, took the challenge and proved that the data was not valid. Lindell disputed this. It went to an arbitration panel. The panel made the following decision, this week.

“Based on the foregoing analysis, Mr. Zeidman performed under the contract. He proved the data Lindell LLC provided, and represented reflected information from the November 2020 election, unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data. Failure to pay Mr. Zeidman the $5 million prized was a breach of the contract, entitling him to recover.”

Lindell says he is not going to pay and that he will take it to court. Zeidman, for his part, says he is not holding his breath about receiving the money. He also said it was very easy for him to prove that Lindell’s data was not valid.

I am picturing Trump’s election lies like a dam holding back water. The Dominion settlement, the Lindell decision are like cracks in the dam, water pouring through. With more lawsuits to come, pretty soon the whole dam is going to crumble washing away trumpkins such as Trump himself, the MyPillow guy, Rudy, Kari Lake and others. as for Lindell himself, Dominion is now coming for him, with a lawsuit. They probably won’t get any money, but that won’t stop them. The reason they likely won’t get money is that Lindell recently stated that he had to borrow $10 million to help him battle defamation suits against him. Sucks to be him.
