Judge Chutkan, on Sunday night reissued her gag order on Trump. Trump is now prevented from attacking the Special Counsel, his staff and potential witnesses. as per Barbara McQuaide, former US attorney,

 “Judge Chutkan is on solid legal ground. She could gag Trump completely if she wanted to. Instead, she has given him wide latitude to criticize Biden, DOJ, and even her. Trump just can’t target parties and witnesses outside of court.”

How did Trump react?

“The Corrupt Biden Administration just took away my First Amendment Right To Free Speech. NOT CONSTITUTIONAL! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN…”

Then, 75 minutes after the gag order was reissued, Trump attackred one of the potential witnesses, former Attorney General, Bill Barr.

“I called Bill Barr Dumb, Weak, Slow Moving, Lethargic, Gutless, and Lazy, a RINO WHO COULDN’T DO THE JOB. He just didn’t want to be Impeached, which the Radical Left Lunatics were preparing to do. Bill Barr is a LOSER!”

Trump has already violated a gag order in the Trump Org. fraud case resulting in a $10,000 fine. $10,000 is birdseed for Trump. The pressure of all the trials is clearly getting to Trump. At campaign rallies he is slurring words, he has lost his train of thought, at times, and, he is forgetting what cities he is in. This week will be another rough week for him, given that his kids will have to testify at the fraud trial. His Truth Social posts are getting more dangerous.

Clearly, the imposition of fines will not stop him from violating gag orders. Just as clearly, many want him jailed for contempt of court if he violates future gag orders. That would be an extreme step and should only be seen as a measure of last resort. So, the judges, in his cases will have to do a tightrope dance as to what penalties to apply. Should his phone be taken away? Should he be prohibited from posting on Truth Social? Matters, guaranteed, will come to a head. Let’s see what happens.
