We have seen two days of Stormy Daniels testimony. Direct testimony and cross examination on Tuesday, followed up by continued cross examination, Thursday morning, and a redirect.

The testimony, by Daniels, on Tuesday, riled Trump completely. He was caught cursing under his breath and constantly shaking his head back-and-forth during the testimony Daniel gave about the encountered itself. He was represented for that by the judge after the jury was sent home for the day.

The follow up cross examination on Thursday morning was a deliberate attempt to discredit Daniel’s testimony. However, Daniel gave as good as she got. it was completely completely obvious that Trump‘s lawyers was directed by Trump to attack her credibility. It failed miserably.

Trump is extremely frustrated right now because of the gag order. He cannot comment on the testimony at the risk of being sent to jail. his second request for modification of the gag order was denied yesterday. while the trial is going on for another two weeks, there is only one way that Trump can refute Daniels’ testimony. That is by taking the stand himself. at the beginning of the trial, he said that he would take the stand. Then he lied stating that the gag order prevented him from testifying. The judge quickly corrected him and said he could testify.

We all know that Trump will not testify. He would be caught in so many lies that would totally destroy his case. It is going to get much worse for Trump next week. Michael Cohen will take the stand and again Trump will not be able to comment on the testimony at all. Donald with your lies, you put into this mess.  You get what you deserve.
