If Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett would not be on Supreme Court right now. Instead of the 6 to 3 conservative hold in the court right now it would’ve been a 6 to 3 Democrat hold. In a Democrat lead Supreme Court Donald Trump’s current powers would be severely restricted.

Last year, the conservative court gave immunity to Trump for criminal acts performed as part of his so-called presidential duties. Yesterday this court minimized the role of lower courts in stopping Trump from actions that in fact, violate the constitution. Donald Trump wants to end birthright for children born in America in those cases where their parents came in illegally.
