Donald Trump gave me a strong sense of déjà vu last night, with his speech. It sounded exactly like the speeches he made in the early days of Covid. Back, then he was telling the American people that he had it under control that Covid was just a minor thing, that it would be gone in a couple weeks, that if would just go away, poof.

Last night, as I predicted in my chirp, yesterday, Trump said that he had Iran under control, it would be over in a couple ofweeks, that regime change had been accomplished, and he was dealing with a more responsible regime. He also said that the Strait of Hormuz would, poof, just open naturally

Donald pulled an April fools on everybody yesterday. Stock markets had shot up in anticipation of him saying that the war was ending. What Donald actually said last night was that he would bomb Iran back to the stone age.

I teased a friend last week for watching Melania. Well, I wasted 20 minutes of my life yesterday watching Trump speak. So I guess the April fools joke was on me.

So where are we this morning? The Dow Jones is already down 700 points and it just opened and the price of oil is up 10% overnight. Don the con strikes again.
