Mark, it looks like you were giving Donald a piece of your mind at the World Cup final. Like the mature adult that he is, he levied more tariffs on us yesterday. He is a total freaking scum.

Mark, you have to realize that we are super pissed, us Canadians are right now at Trump and at what he represents. He is a bully and he will push and push and push. You cannot back down to bullies.

I know, we Canadians know, and sadly, Donald Trump knows that you can run rings around him. You give him, deservedly, an inferiority complex.

You have been conciliatory with him in the past and we all understand that. But enough is enough. We cannot back down anymore. Hard for me to say, but you need to get a bit of Doug Ford into your approach mixed in with your let’s be calm and cool approach.

Do not even think of influencing the provinces to drop their liquor ban on US imports. There have been other suggestions made such as an export tax on potash and oil and gas. We know that won’t work not with Doug Moe and Danielle Smith. If you try to do that, the loony separatist might even win in Alberta. So we can’t go there.

I don’t know how you’re gonna do this Mark. But you can’t back down, not anymore. Because if you do, you’re gonna lose a lot of supporters.
