Breaking Point
Was the JD Vance press conference yesterday the breaking point? What he should’ve done was put on a matador’s cape and hat and wave a red flag in front of him while spewing out all the lies that he said.
We have all seen the numerous videos of the, let’s put it as it is, murder. The victim had just dropped off her kid at school. She was on her way home. Now she is dead. This drive home is now being considered an act of domestic terrorism and she is a left-wing lunatic under the control of a left-wing organization.
All the press conference achieved was to cause blood boiling in anyone who watched it, except for the Fox News sheep. It certainly did not lower the temperature in the room, that is for sure. Why was it not Donald Trump giving the press conference? Because the administration believed that Vance would sound more coherent to the fox audience sheep.
Two more people were shot last night in Portland by federal agents. Whatever story the Trump administration will give about that incident will not be believed except for by the fox sheep
Trump and company were warned in advance that bringing in 2000 ICE agents, to Minnesota, would result in bloodshed. They did anyway, and a woman is dead a white American citizen woman.
Vance‘s press conference is pure Trump. Trump never backs down never ever. He won’t back down here. More people will die.
Trump is either a genius manipulator or a deranged human being. There will be a rioting in the streets. There is already. Trump knows right now that the Democrats will win the House in the upcoming midterms. Right now I would say there’s a 50-50 chance that there might be no midterms because of Trump‘s deliberate provocations, resulting in him calling off the election.
People may scoff at prediction, but look at what has happened in the past month alone. There is concern that Trump may actually take Greenland by force.
Besides potentially calling off the midterm elections, Trump is trying to divert all of us from the Epstein files, and the paedophiles that he is protecting, his friends.

Put ICE on ice
The upside down continues to thrive. If you take a look at the video from a certain angle, you will see that the ICE agent is already taking his gun out of the holster before a 37-year-old woman starts bringing the vehicle forward. However, people looking at the same video will say that the 37-year-old woman, Renee Nicole Good, was deliberately trying to ram in to the ICE agent
Kristi Noem, shortly after the incident occurred, went in front of the press, in her cowboy hat, and said this was an act of domestic terrorism. Insert bunch of F words here.
No Kristi it was not. Every so often, yesterday, I would turn onto Fox News and I could not believe the BS babble that was coming out of that network. It’s a case of don’t believe what you see, right in front of your own freaking eyes. Insert more F words here.
So who’s going to investigate this? ICE will have their own internal investigation. We all know how that will go. The FBI will have their investigation. We all know how that will go. This needs an independent investigation and there needs to be a trial. The agent needs to be judged by his peers of 12 jurors.
This was a disaster waiting to happen. Trump had sent 2000 ice agents to Minneapolis. The mayor of Minneapolis have his own message to ICE
“ GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE.”
I’m allowed to use the F word there because that’s what he said.
Kristi Noem has already said she has no intention of taking the ICE agents out of Minnesota. More people will die. At a moment in time where we need adults in the room we have Donald and Kristi. We also have Fox News egging them on. This is truly a moment for prayer.

Insanity
Stranger Things, the Netflix series, ended on New Year’s Eve. The upside down was ended and the world became right side up
We are now living in the time of the upside down. There is an increasing possibility that Donald Trump will try to take over Greenland, a territory belonging to Denmark, a NATO country. Henchman, Steven Miller, went on CNN Sunday and said that Greenland obviously belongs to the United States. The Trump administration has not ruled out military intervention to take Greenland. This is one NATO country, threatening another NATO country.
Trump says that taking Greenland is a security must. He has fabricated a story of Russian and Chinese ships surrounding Greenland. This is total BS. The reason he wants Greenland is for the natural resources, just like he wanted Venezuela.
There are rumours going around that he has made a deal with Putin. He will give Putin Ukraine as long as Putin doesn’t interfere with him, taking Venezuela. The rumours could be false they could be true. Nobody knows.
What is certain is that if Trump takes Greenland, NATO is dead. The alliance will be broken. Already, NATO European countries, such as France, Germany and Poland have had discussions as how to react to the US if the US goes ahead and takes Greenland. What is a certainty, is that if NATO breaks up, Putin will have a path to take over Ukraine. What is a previous inconceivable possibility is Europe going to war with Russia, over Ukraine.
This is total insanity. In my entire lifetime I could never have conceived such a thing happening. World War III could be started between the USA and NATO countries. I am desperately praying for a Stranger Things ending where the upside down is ended and we come back to rationality. Right now, I don’t know if that will happen.
I remember people saying that when Trump won in 2016 that people were overreacting to his election victory. People aren’t saying that anymore.

Who’s The Boss?
Donald Trump was asked on Air Force One who is running things in Venezuela, right now. Trump gave a one word answer.
“Me”
Donald, get over yourself. That answer is going to come back and haunt you so bad. Need I remind you of George Bush on the aircraft carrier, the USS Abraham Lincoln, on May 1 2003 when he pronounced the mission was accomplished, in Iraq.
That really didn’t turn out too well did it. Now, you’re doing your own version of mission accomplished.
Things in Venezuela have not changed at all. Delcy Rodriguez has become interim president and stated that she will remain so until Maduro comes back. While there were celebrations by Venezuelans in communities outside of Venezuela, there was no such celebration in Venezuela itself. They were no celebrations because of fears of repercussions of the existing government. With no boots on the ground, Donald, things are not gonna change.
Also, let’s get this out of the way Donald. There’s hardly any drugs coming out of Venezuela. You are after their oil. You know it and everyone else knows it. The thing is the oil companies are not gonna do a thing until they are absolutely freaking guaranteed that they are not gonna run into any issues.
You are not running things at all in Venezuela, Donald. The biggest irony of all this is that Maduro lost the last election, in Venezuela. You are accusing him of being an election denier. That is so rich coming from you, Donald. Need I remind you that today is January 6, the fifth year anniversary of your own election denial party.

Cops Of The World
There was a song by Phil Ochs, back in 1966, called ‘ cops of the world’. It was a protest song about America, trying to run the world, putting itself in countries that it should not have. The following are a couple of verses of that song.

You’d best get down on your knees, boysSince the abduction of Venezuelan leader, Maduro, Donald Trump is doing his own version of cops of the world. He has threatened a number of countries.
Trump has threatened Columbia and its leader
“a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States”.
“And he’s not going to be doing it very long. Let me tell you.”
Trump is saying that Cuba will fall soon
“Cuba is ready to fall. Cuba now has no income. They got all of their income from Venezuela, from the Venezuelan oil. They’re not getting any of it. Cuba literally is ready to fall.”
Trump is threatening Mexico.
“has to get their act together because they’re [drugs] pouring through Mexico and we’re going to have to do something”.
Trump continues to threaten Iran. Warning Iran’s leaders that if they take actions against protesters, in Iran, America will react to it.
Trump is getting more strident about Greenland being annexed to the United States. Greenland is a sovereign entity under Denmark. If the US takes over Greenland, that would be a direct attack against a NATO country.
Talking about NATO countries, Trump keeps talking about annexing Canada, as the 51st state. Something that even six months ago would’ve been deemed, as laughable, isn’t that laughable anymore
We are in the era of anything can happen. The end of 2026 could see a radical reshaping of the world contingent on whether we are still around to see it.

And Now
It is early days. Day two actually of the US takeover of Venezuela. Trump has already said that the US will be running Venezuela, for the time being. Trump is also saying that no one in Venezuela is capable at this time to run the country. Trump also promised to invest big time in the oil infrastructure in the country which he claims has been run down terribly by the Maduro regime
The US does not had a good history of regime change. One just needs to point out Iraq and Afghanistan and, before that, Vietnam. Things will not go as smoothly as Trump imagines.
But there’s a bigger issue on the table here, too. The world has just seen Trump and the US take over a country with so far little consequence. Putin is looking at this and saying, wow, what’s the difference between Trump taking Venezuela and him taking Ukraine. Putin can claim that US has lost any legitimacy in supporting Ukraine.
There’s also a third actor in this, and that of course is China. China is looking at the US taking Venezuela and they are saying well if they can do it, why should we not be able to take Taiwan. They could easily rationalize this by saying that if the supposed leader of the free world is doing this, then China has every right to do the same,
We need to remember that we have left the land of it just can’t happen. Anything can happen.

Are We Next
Canada, we better pay attention to this. Don’t laugh and say it can’t happen here, it could not happen. The last 10 years should convince you otherwise. With Donald Trump as president anything could happen and I do mean anything
The similarities between the 1930s and the 2020s are frightening. Hitler took over Austria. Trump is taking over Venezuela. Trump is also doing a Neville Chamberlain imitation with regard to Ukraine.
Trump is also imitating Putin. Putin took over Georgia back in 2014 and is now going after Ukraine. Trump just went after Venezuela.
We have seen January 6, we have seen a Trump Supreme Court rule that Trump cannot be charged for any criminal acts he would do as president. We have seen things that we could never imagined before 2016.
Venezuela is an oil rich country. Venezuela, as such, is rich in resources that Trump wants. Greenland is rich in rare earth materials. Do not be surprised if Trump does go after Greenland in one form or another
Canada is also rich in resources. Oil, potash, rare earth materials. Trump has already talked about annexing Canada as a 51st state. So don’t tell me that Trump is not capable of doing to Canada what he did to Venezuela last night. This guy is insane. He is certifiable. Until Congress, until adults start putting guard rails on him, he is capable of doing absolutely anything, including invading Canada.
So just beware.

Stranger Things
I watched the final episode of Stranger Things, yesterday. Without spoiling it for anybody, the ending wasn’t quite as happy as I hoped it would be. I went to social media to see what other others thought of the final episode. I ran across one post, that I posted above above.
To say that it drew my ire, would be an understatement. The person had, as of now, 1200 responses to the post. I would say 99% drew the person through the wringer. In the episode, the character went through a tortured 10 minute segment, revealing that he was gay. His friends and his mom showed their acceptance and their love for him. That was the part of the segment that struck me, not that he came out but the love and support that he got as he came out.
2025 saw parents separated from their children as they were deported. The year saw 70,000 people in Gaza being killed. The year saw Putin trying to destroy Ukraine. The year saw Trump protecting paedophiles in his fighting the release of the Epstein files. The year saw people in Iran, dying, protesting a theocracy. I am certain anyone reading this chirp knows someone who is gay or a lesbian. I’m certain the person who did the post above also knows someone who is gay or lesbian. For anyone to be concerned about a person coming out in a show while seeing all the other garbage that’s happening right now, they need to get their priorities straight.

And Now What
Santa is back in the north pole. The New Year’s baby is here. Wondering what 2026 will bring.
If you are in the states, you have another year of Donald Trump. For many Americans, healthcare expenses skyrocket today. Budgets across the country will take a big hit. Add that to the strains of paying for all Santa’s presence.
For Donald himself, not sure if he was visited by three ghosts, over Christmas, but he will be haunted by the ghost of Jeffrey Epstein all year long. Some of his staunchest allies, have started to turn on him, like Marjorie Taylor Greene. With Jeffrey Epstein around more of this is going to happen. The Republicans will see a wounded bull and they will finally have the courage to turn on him
Up here in Canada Pierre is waiting to see if another conservative will cross the floor. He has a convention coming up in mid January where he is hoping that his leadership will be reaffirmed. If it is not, and he has to resign, he might have to look and see whether his paper boy position is still open. I think that was his last job that was not political in nature. Mark Carney is still in his honeymoon. Even with the Trump tariffs, he still remains quite popular. He’s also making friends with new trading partners.
So being a Canadian feels pretty good right now. Well maybe not for my hometown of Sault Ste. Marie. 1000 of the approximately 2700 workers at the steel factory will be laid off by end of March.
Also, I live in Alberta, currently existing under a wanna be Donald Trump premiere. She has set the
stage for a referendum with a question posed by a separatist group. This is so even though a petition question developed by the Forever Canada group received over 400,000 signatures. That question has disappeared into the Alberta legislature and may never see the light of the day I am fully confident that Albertans will vote to stay in Canada. But this will be after a bruising, bitter referendum process. It will be ugly because there are ugly people involved. Think freedom, convoy people.
Now that I’ve angered a few people, I’m sure that’s, all I have for today.

You Are The Swamp
When Donald Trump came to office in his first term, he promised to drain the swamp. Turns out he is the swamp and he’s drowning everyone caught in his swamp.
The Epstein file mess brings this out to the forefront. He signed into law, against his will, that the Epstein files would be released within 30 days of his signature. The only redactions would be for the protection of the women, abused by Epstein and friends. As we all know, the entire file has not been released yet, not even close, and those files that happened released, have been riddled with redactions. Names are being hidden. It is quite apparent why and it is quite apparent who is involved in the redacting process
One of the signers, of the petition, demanding the release of the Epstein files, was Marjorie Taylor Greene. She has been an ardent supporter of Trump, since she came to Congress. That is no longer the case.
Marjorie Taylor, Greene, recounted a phone conversation she had with Trump, a couple of weeks after she signed the petition. Trump was yelling at her the whole time for her support of the petition. She could not understand why he was being so resistant to the release of the files. This was his reply.
“My friends will get hurt.”
There you have it. Donald is more concerned about his friends, then he is over the traumas suffered by all the women involved with Epstein and these friends. When Marjorie Taylor Greene suggested that Trump invite the Epstein survivors to the White House, Trump responded by saying they did not merit a visit
This man is a disgusting piece of garbage. That’s all there is to it. 2026 will be a fresh hell for him and he deserves everything he gets, except for assassination.
