Donald Trump is a bully. For most of his life he has gotten his way through intimidation. He had his daddy’s money. He would sue knowing that the people he sued did not have the money for legal fees. He would intimidate, lie and cheat to get what he wanted.

Lately, his intimidation tactics have been rebounding on him. He is also beginning to go through what it is like to being on the receiving end. On Thursday arraignment for the January 6 case, he had to wait 20 minutes, in the courtroom, before the judge showed up. He stewed for 20 minutes. The judge, Moxila Upadhyaya, an Indian American, when she arrived referred to Trump as Mr. Trump, as opposed to President Trump. Trump was not pleased.

Angered as to how he was treated, during the arraignment, his bullying tendencies came out with the following post he made on Truth Social.

“IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!”

All caps. He meant business.

Jack ‘Wolverine’ Smith was not impressed. He filed a request to Judge Tanya Chutkan, who will be overseeing the trial, asking for restrictions as to what Trump can say about the case.

“And in recent days, regarding this case, the defendant has issued multiple posts—either specifically or by implication—including the following, which the defendant posted just hours ago,” – “IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!”

Judge Chutkan is somewhat of a hardass. She will not tolerate BS. She has also been involved in a few January 6 cases where the Defendants received harsh sentences. She is Trump’s worst nightmare Judge Chutkan gave the Trump team until Monday, at 5 pm. to respond to the Wolverine’s request.

The Trump team quickly backtracked on Trump’s Truth Social post.

“The Truth post cited is the definition of political speech, and was in response to the RINO, China-loving, dishonest special interest groups and Super PACs, like the ones funded by the Koch brothers and the Club for No Growth,”

No one, absolutely no one is buying that explanation, as per comments below on Twitter.

“Trying to sell a bridge there.”

“Somebody got a call from his lawyers.”

The Trump lawyers asked Judge Chutkan for a week’s extension, to respond to Smith’s request. Judge Chutkan responded with a hard no. She is a badass. Trump is finding out that his bullying tactics are not working here. It is about freaking time.
