To secure bail, in the Georgia case, Donald Trump had to post a $200,000 bond. Trump must submit to the following requirements, in order to not violate the Bond.

The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any codefendant;
The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any
witness including, but not limited to, the individuals designated in the indictmentas an unindicated co-conspirators Individual 1 through Individual 30;
The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any
victim;
The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against the
community or to any property in the community;
The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media;
The Defendant shall not communicate in any way, directly or indirectly, about the facts of this case with any person known to him to be a codefendant in this case except through his or her counsel.
We have all seen Trump’s meltdown tweets. He will not be able to abide by the requirements of this Bond agreement. He just can’t. He will, of course, test the limits. There are two realities at play here. He is a presidential candidate, and he is accused of crimes. Priority must be put on the second reality first He has been accused of crimes while he is running as a presidential candidate Judge Chutkan made that quite clear in the January 6 case. The same must apply here. Trump is facing far more restrictions, here, in the Georgia case, than what he is currently facing in the January 6 case, as to what he can and can not say, in any media.
If and when he violates the Bond Agreement conditions, and it will be win, there will be progressive penalties, likely ranging from fines to a dressing down to jail. There cannot be two levels of justice just because Trump is running for president. Given that this is a RICO case, Trump must face the same consequences as a mob boss would. Enjoy the day.
