Donald Trump was sued last year by E Jean Carroll for defamation in relation to rape allegations. He was found to have committed sexual assaulted was ordered to pay damages. So, if course Trump defamed her again and will now face a subsequent trial, next month, where further damage payments will be awarded to Carroll.

Rudy Giuliani is now on trial to determine the amount of damages to be paid to Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss after he accused of election fraud. Giuliani had already been found liable for spreading his conspiracy theories about the pair.

Today is the third day of the four day trial. The first two days were spent with voice mails to the pair. The messages were full of vitriol and contained a number of death threats. The pairs lawyers are asking for millions. Rudy’s lawyer says that if the pair are awarded what they are seeking it would mean the death penalty for Rudy.

So what does Rudy do after the first day of trial? He repeats the conspiracy theories. He is following in the footsteps of Trump and risking a subsequent damages award trial.

Rudy you have sunk so low it is sad. But you deserve it for hanging on to Trump’s coattails. No sympathy for you at all.
