Netflix has a series called Stranger Things. I am one of those who is eagerly awaiting the final season to start. There is a land,in Stranger Things, called the upside down. In this land, everything is in chaos.

Less than 48 hours ago, the Democrat party was in chaos. Supporters of the Democratic Party, and I include myself as one, were deeply depressed. Most of us were in panic also at the thought that Donald Trump presidency would be inevitable. many of us, including myself, stopped watching cable news. It was just too depressing. It was hard to see Trump gloating. It was hard to stomach JD Vance possibly being the next vice president. Vance actually called Trump, years ago, an American Hitler.

Now here we are 48 hours later. Kamala Harris is now the presidential candidate for the democrat party. Nearly $100 million has been raised by the Democratic Party less than two days. This kind of excitement has not been seen since the Obama days. The right wing media is having a conniption fit. They are sinking to the lowest levels already with racist and sexist comments. Trump’s campaign has been focussed on Biden and even Trump himself has said that they have to start all over again.

Many, who had shut off their TVs, have turned them back on. This momentum will only grow in the next little while given that the Democratic convention is still 28 days away. This will be Biden Harris party,in Chicago, in August.

The whole thing has turned upside down.
