Judge Kaplan, in the civil suit case between E. Jean Carroll and Donald Trump, issued the following ruling.

“The jury … was instructed that it could find that Mr Trump ‘raped’ Ms Carroll only if it found that he forcibly penetrated Ms Carroll’s vagina with his penis.

“It could not find that he ‘raped’ her if it determined that Mr Trump forcibly penetrated Ms Carroll’s private sexual parts with his fingers – which commonly is considered ‘rape’ in other contexts – because the New York penal law definition of rape is limited to penile penetration.”

Kaplan clarified this by ruling,

“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape,’ ”

That being said, ABC has just agreed to pay Donald Trump $15 million plus court costs for defamation. This is what ABC posted in agree to make the payment.

“ABC News and George Stephanopoulos regret statements regarding President Donald J Trump made during an interview by George Stephanopoulos with Rep. Nancy Mace on ABC’s This Week on March 10, 2024.”

So what did George say on that fateful day?

 “judges and two separate juries have found him liable for rape.”

ABC just caved in. I’m not sure how George Stephanopoulos feels about this. But I’m pretty sure he’s not happy. Is this what it’s gonna be like for the next few years, media caving in to Trump? The states is turning into Russia more and more every day.
